We have four different meal plans to choose from: 

Classic This plan features classic video recipes using lean cuts of meat, simple healthy sauces, sides and fresh vegetables.

Family Friendly This plan caters to simpler tastes or what we call “pickier eaters.”  These video recipes have been kid-tested and passed with flying colors. Your kids will enjoy the short videos, and before you know it, they’ll be asking to pick out what’s for dinner.

Gluten-free This plan is just as it sounds. We stay away from gluten.

Vegetarian To make this program its best, we needed to use a few more ingredients in each recipe. The vegetarian video recipes have between 8–11 ingredients. They’re still simple, and so worth it!

Meal Planning for Single Parent

Here’s how it works. Choose from a customizable meal plan where you can drag and drop the recipes you want into your meal plan. Or, choose the option to follow a pre-made meal plan where the thinking and planning are done and ready for you. This is especially easy if you’re a busy single parent cooking for your family. 

You’ll find the list of ingredients at the beginning of each video, and the customizable plan gives you access to a recipe library that grows and grows over time. You’ll love the flexibility as you customize your plan to your specific needs. Use your smartphone or tablet as your shopping list to get the ingredients you need, and you’re ready to cook.

If you choose to follow the pre-made plan, you’ll receive a new meal plan every week with easy, quick videos that demonstrate each recipe for the week. Also included is an organized shopping list. Buy what’s on the list, and you’ll have everything you need to make a week’s worth of healthy, tasty dinners. You’ll also get tips and tricks on how to use up leftover ingredients and ideas for healthy lunches and snacks. This plan also includes a month–at-a-glance calendar that shows you what you could be making all month. Print it out and hang it on the fridge to answer the age-old question of “What’s for dinner?”

Every month, we add new recipes, and your video recipe library continues to grow. You’ll find that certain recipes will become your “staple” recipes that you know and love, which will make the plan even easier. A little repetition in the program is also a good way to use up ingredients and reduce waste. Up to 4 family members (in addition to you) have access to each member subscription. That way, everyone can be part of the planning. Whether you’re a single mom cooking for a tribe or a single dad cooking for a few, you’ll find these videos fun and easy.
